樣品中的有機(jī)物在紫外線及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)技術(shù)測(cè)定二氧化碳，通過電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測(cè)經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導(dǎo)率傳感器檢測(cè)未經(jīng)氧化反應(yīng)器氧化的樣品總無機(jī)碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機(jī)碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應(yīng)用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測(cè)制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機(jī)碳的濃度；也可用于半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測(cè)。

工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機(jī)物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測(cè)試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法，通過測(cè)試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機(jī)碳的含量差值來測(cè)定總有機(jī)碳含量，即：總有機(jī)碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機(jī)碳（TIC）。
